The story of George Yang (Johnny Depp), who lives in a family where his mother (Rachel Griffiths) was constantly angry at his father because his father could not earn enough money and if the man is at work all day,all that is revolting to the young George.The true life story of George Jung,which begins in 1960′s in California when George with his friend Tuna (Ethan Suplee) starts selling marijuana.But George end up in prison where learned about the wonders of cocaine.Upon release from prison George enters in the drug world, and even meets Pablo Escobar (Cliff Curtis) (Pablo Escobar = King of Cocaine), and soon became rich by distributing cocaine from Columbia to America, but everything has a price.

Interesting fact:The actress Rachel Griffiths who played George’s mother was five years younger than Johnny Depp.
