Gaddafi appeared on television !

Libyan leader Muammar el Gaddafi made a brief appearance on television after several weeks of absence, during which it was speculated that he may have died in the NATO bombing of the 30th April.

Gaddafi was the couple of minutes shown on national television, and filmed from afar to sit and talk with tribal leaders. The footage shows how Gaddafi, pointing to its visitors, said: “We will tell the world – these are the representatives of the Libyan tribes.” To which one elderly man said: “We will win.”

The footage was not the date, and the news of this meeting was not confirmed from independent sources, was cited by Reuters.

Meanwhile, NATO continued to bomb the residence of the Libyan leader. In one attack they fired four missiles on that occasion killed two people.

Government officials have stated that the attack killed two men, and that another 27 people who had breathing problems located in the hospital.
