France is in Libya under tremendous pressure to succeed use: not only because the government wants to get rid of Libya’s leader Muammar al-Gaddafi at last. But also because it can use during the election campaign, Nicolas Sarkozy is not a debate on the necessity and cost of deployment.

The leaders of the Libyan tribes met in the capital Tripoli and asked for adoption of the law on general amnesty for those who fought in the Libyan Civil War. “The conference will seek to fight a law on general amnesty that would include all those who were drawn into the crisis and accept the weapons, ” it is stated in the conclusions of the National Conference of the Libyan tribes, completed late last night.

Gaddafi has to leave the country, but its no guarantee that it will not be brought before the International Criminal Court in The Hague, which the prosecutor has already initiated an investigation.
